The proposed promise
A full refund requested within 14 days of purchase, without lesson-completion conditions. The proposed policy does not require proving you tried every exercise. Partial refunds are not a supported v1 workflow.
What the test implementation does
A verified full test-refund state revokes that order’s paid entitlement. It does not delete your free account or authored project work. You can export your own work, while paid lessons, source templates, and paid tool execution become unavailable.
Requests and processing
The support form can record access questions or test refund requests. Recording a request is not the same as processing a refund. The interface must not claim money was returned until a verified provider event establishes it. No real refund transactions are authorized in this edition.
Before live sales
A real seller identity, working support operation, and authorized refund process are required. The planned contact address is not yet a monitored inbox, so it is not presented as the current way to reach support.
